Can partnerships develop between “one-another communities” and traditional churches? What does that kind of partnership look like?

Good job, Dan! A house and legacy church hybrid sounds like a happy compromise for people seeking the best of both models. Herein lies, for me, a huge red flag. Rather than investing your gifts and talents to improve your home fellowship, the traditional church invites you to come and enjoy what you sense is missing. The only effort required is your attendance. Picking and choosing to make church what you believe is the best for you and your family does not make for healthy growth in the Body of Christ. Just my opinion.
Dan, I really appreciate your summary in this podcast. It helped me clarify my thoughts about the 2 formats of “church”. I agree that the traditional church is limited by the pastors’ attitude about their role in the spiritual life of his congregants (i.e. ignoring the role of the Holy Spirit.) Well done !
