Decisions among the fellowships — what few there are — are put to the network as much as possible. This is done directly, or through a designated rep from each Summit. Representatives from network of Summit Fellowships get together about four times a year (once a quarter) to pray, talk and deal with whatever situations that come up that require an “official” response. The gathering of representatives fulfills the requirement of having a “board.” It should be understood, however, that the group functions informally and unanimously. It is not hierarchical in the sense of handing down pronouncements. Rather, it is a representative body that serves to facilitate relationship among the groups and communicate needs and suggestions throughout the network of The Summit Fellowships and beyond.
