Recently a book came into our hands that puts the rationale for small, simple and committed Jesus-fellowships. It”s called Start Churches Now by a friend of the Summit Fellowships, Galen Currah and Patrick O’connor. We intend to insert excerpts from time to time. Like this one from Think Small – what can your little house church do? 

Benefit from each other’s spiritual gifts as all serve one another. Some spiritual gifts help believers speak words of encouragement from God’s Spirit; other gifts help believers serve each other in practical ways (1 Corinthians 14:24-26).
