“Tell Me the stories of Jesus, I love to hear
Things I would ask Him to tell me if He were here
Scenes by the wayside, tales of the sea,
Stories of Jesus, Tell Them to Me.”

With our Bible closed we were encouraged to recall the stories of Jesus that impacted our lives. One by one we shared stories of Jesus, those stored in our memories and hearts. Some were recalled by narrative, some were recalled by playing the role of the character involved. As the stories rolled out one, by one, we found our hearts encouraged. We were hearing stories of Jesus and they became gateways and windows into God’s heart. The telling of Jesus’ stories led up to The Last Supper. We lit the candles, turned off the lights and shared the bread and the wine. Blowing out the candles we were challenged to go and be lights in a dark world, continue to spread the stories of Jesus. What is your God story? “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine! Let it shine till Jesus comes!”
